Mediation Services

Mediation provides parties with an opportunity to resolve disputes efficiently, confidentially, and on their own terms—often avoiding the cost, delay, and stress of prolonged litigation. Attorney Edward Alkalay offers mediation services informed by more than 30 years of legal experience and 15 years as a court-trained mediator in the State of New Hampshire.

As a mediator, Attorney Alkalay serves as a neutral facilitator. He does not represent either party. Instead, he works to help all participants identify the key issues in dispute, understand the legal and practical risks involved, and explore realistic paths toward resolution.

More Than Legal Experience

While legal knowledge is essential, effective mediation depends just as much on demeanor and judgment. Attorney Alkalay is known for his calm, thoughtful approach and his ability to manage difficult conversations in emotionally charged situations. His goal in every mediation is to foster meaningful dialogue and assist the parties in reaching resolutions that are fair, informed, and durable.

Broad Civil Mediation Experience

Attorney Alkalay is well-suited to mediate a wide range of civil disputes, including:
– Construction and building disputes
– Real estate, land use, boundary, and easement matters
– Personal injury and property damage claims

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout his legal career, Attorney Alkalay understands the competing pressures and strategic considerations that often drive litigation.  As a mediator, Attorney Alkalay approaches every mediation with the objective of helping resolve disputes efficiently, thoughtfully, and on terms they control—often avoiding the need for the expenses and stress of continued litigation.  Please contact the office at (603)447-8994 to set up a mediation or email Attorney Alkalay directly at ed@northconwaylawers.com.
